נוער על בנים – דייגו

קבוצת הנוער הבכירה במועדון. שחקניה משחקים בליגת העל לנוער. הקבוצה מונה כ- 10 שחקנים אשר גדלו והתפתחו במועדון ומשולבים בקבוצות הבוגרים. הקבוצה מארחת את משחקי הבית באולם הספורט "אליאנס" ת"א בימי שישי בשעה 14:00.
הקבוצה מתאמנת בתיכון "אליאנס" בימי ראשון (20:30), ימי חמישי (19:00) ושישי (15:00).

על המאמן - דייגו פוסטרנק

נשוי + 4, מאמן במועדון כבר מעל ל 15 שנים ומשמש כמנהל המקצועי של המועדון. דייגו פיזיותרפיסט מוסמך מטעם מכבי שירותי בריאות ומאמן כדורעף בכיר, דייגו מנהל את מועדון הכדורעף הבית ספרי של עירוני ד' ובעברו שיחק במכבי תל אביב ונבחרת ישראל. בזמנו הפנוי רץ מרתונים. השנה מאמן את קבוצת הנערים, נוער על, ארצית גברים ולאומית נשים.
